From: Tom Webb
Friday 3:39 PM
Dear Friend,
Gand I guarantee you’ll be glad you stopped here today because I have some news to share that I promise when you're done reading, you’ll be just as excited as I am!
You see, I’m just an average guy who got tired of buying FM Transmitters where they all ended up being a piece of junk!
Because they either didn't transmit more than a couple feet or the audio quality was so horrible it made you feel like you were listening to it in a tin can!
So instead of just complaining and letting it tick me off, my father and I decided to do something about it and that’s what I wanted to talk about with you today.
First of all, you have to understand that this is something that's been in the works for well over 2 years now! Ever since we first released our current model of the Whole House FM Transmitter®, almost 6 years ago, the transmitter market has never been the same. We’ve been absolutely crushing the competition and have sold tens of thousands of these around the world.
But we didn’t just want to rest on our success, we knew we could make the Whole House FM Transmitter® even better...
and that’s exactly what we did!
We listened to valuable feedback from hundreds of our many satisfied customers, took all the features that our old model has and developed a completely new FM Transmitter from the ground up. And we mean all the way down to the circuit board itself!
That’s why we’re calling it the…
Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0

And let me tell ya’, we’ve add a ton more features and, if you can believe it, made it even more versatile than the first one! But I don’t just want to tell you about it, let me show you what I mean…

About the size of a deck of cards, its small size easily fits in your hand
|
Compact Size, Light Weight And Sleek Case Design
What you’ll first notice when you pickup our FM Transmitter is its size and weight. It’s a little bit larger than the size of a deck of playing cards and can be easily held in the palm of your hand, placed in your pocket or hung on your belt (which I’ll get to that cool little feature in just a bit).
And with its weight (without batteries) of around 2.6 ounces (or about 74 grams) you can easily take it with you anywhere you go.
Also, with a sleek black look it’s sure to fit in nicely anyplace too AND since it has a sturdy case design you don’t have to worry about it falling apart on you like some other FM Transmitters might do.
That means you’re going to get the most value for your money because the Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0 will be around with you for years to come with dependable, reliable operation.

Digital screen with blue backlighting. Covers entire FM band on both even & odd frequencies
|
Digital Screen Display
The first thing you’re going to notice on the front of the Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0 is the digital screen with blue backlighting. This digital design allows you to cover the entire FM band from 88.1 to 107.9 AND do it in 0.1 MHz steps.
The 0.1 MHz steps is important because that means you can broadcast on the odd and even frequencies. For those of us who live in the United States we can use the odd number frequencies, like always, but for those who live in Europe and other countries around the world they can use the even numbered frequencies just as easily.
All you have to do is press the up or down arrow on the right side of the FM Transmitter to change it to the frequency that you want.
FYI - Also, having the ability to pick the odd and even frequencies means it’s even easier to find an open station in your area because you can pick a station you know won't be used by commercial radio stations.

Quickly & easily set 3 frequencies with these 3 preset buttons.
|
3 Quick-Set Frequency Buttons
This handy feature is located directly below the digital screen, you will see 3 buttons in the middle which allow you to setup 3 preferred frequencies you want to transmit on. That means when you travel around with our FM Transmitter you can easily switch frequencies with a simple touch of a button.
The digital screen will also tell you which of the 3 presets you are using.
And setting the 3 buttons couldn't be easier. Simply tune the FM Transmitter to the frequency you want with the up and down arrows on the transmitter then, hold one of the 3 buttons down for about two (2) seconds and it stores it for you.

Pick from stereo or mono to broadcast your audio
|
Stereo/ Mono Selection
As you can see, to the left of the 3 frequency pre-sets is a Stereo/ Mono button. This allows you the ability to transmit your audio source in either stereo or mono.
Why Stereo?
The benefit to stereo is, of course, you can listen to your music and other audio in true stereo format with the right and left channels.
Why Mono?
The nice feature with mono is it lets you broadcast even further so if you wanted to transmit a little further, you can. It’s also common for microphones to use mono as well. I’ll explain more on why that’s important for our FM Transmitter in just a moment…
The Broadcast Distance
Now before I get too far ahead of myself, I want to talk about something that most other FM Transmitters don’t even come close to touching and it’s one of the best things about our FM Transmitter…
THE DISTANCE!
Just as our name says: Whole House FM Transmitter, it’s designed just for that purpose. To cover your entire home, office, backyard, boat and, of course, it can easily work in your automobile.
Now here’s the great thing about it…
We designed this to comply with FCC’s part 15 rules (FCC ID: XOAWH-FMT and for Canada it's IC.8728A-WHFMT). Don’t worry, I won’t bore you with the details. What it means for you is we went through all the regulatory hoops for you so you won’t have to get a license on your own or go through any bureaucratic red tape to operate this FM Transmitter.
For Those Who Are Curious About FCC Part 15 (if not, just skip to the next section)
The official regulation that handles non-licensed FM Transmitters (among other things) is FCC Part 15 and based on that regulation, the official rule is 250 micro volts measured at 3 meters (actually written as 250 µV/meter @ 3 meters). However when testing FM Transmitters they convert it to be measured as 47.95 dBµV/m, but it is usually rounded off to just 48 dBµV/m.
I know... that still doesn't tell you very much and the FCC knows that. Heck! I’m not completely sure what it all means exactly, we had our engineers handle it!
For that very reason, the FCC put out a Public Notice that says the approximate distance you can transmit without needing a license is around a 200 foot radius. (Read FCC Public Notice dated July 24, 1991 and you will see what I am talking about).
Now why other manufacturers don’t even bother to build their FM Transmitters to go as far as FCC’s Part 15 allows is beyond me… It could be laziness or some may not care while others may be too scared to build them that way, who knows…
However, with us we did just the opposite!
We built our FM Transmitter to be as close to the Part 15 power limits as possible and still qualify under the rules so you can broadcast the maximum distance legally allowed while still not needing a FCC license to operate it.
Transmits Using PLL Technology
To give you the best transmission signal possible we insisted that our FM Transmitter use PLL or Phase Lock Loop technology so you won’t have to worry about the transmission drifting like on AM transmitters or for that matter some other FM transmitters out there on the market.

The Automatic Gain Control (AGC) gives you more control over your audio broadcast
|
Automatic Gain Control (AGC)
Now, real quick, I want to turn your attention back to the buttons below the digital screen.
When you look at the button to the right of the 3 frequency pre-set buttons you see “AGC”, which stands for Automatic Gain Control.
I won’t bore you with the technical details of what that all means but, essentially what it does is keep the high and low parts of your audio from going too high or too low so it can help prevent audio distortion or over modulation.
You can easily see whether or not the AGC control is turned on by looking at the digital screen and pressing the "AGC" button.
Can you just imagine...
trying to turn back on and reset 80 FM Transmitters throughout a maximum security prison because of some brief glitch in the power system while also dealing with a gang of angry inmates because they can’t hear the TV audio… not a pretty picture, trust me.
That's why Correctional Facilities never have to experience that scenario with the Whole House FM Transmitter 2.0!
Read about the next 2 features below to find out why... |

Mechanical Power On/Off switch gives you more control.
|
Mechanical Power On/Off Switch NOT Electronic
Now let’s take a look at the top of the FM Transmitter…
First you see on the right side the power on/off switch. We made sure it was a mechanical switch instead of an electronic one. What that means is once you turn the power on it stays on regardless of whether you have your audio playing into it or not (And, of course, you can turn the transmitter off if you want by just pressing the power button again).
Here are some of the benefits in doing it that way:
- While you are using the transmitter if the power happens to go out for any reason (like you accidentally unplug it for example) once the power is restored, the FM Transmitter will turn right back on.
- Next, when you turn it off it won't drain the batteries like an electronic switch does because electronic switches continually draw a small amount of power even when it's off and that drains your batteries faster.
- Another benefit to having a mechanical switch is it won’t turn off on you accidentally. For example during a speech or presentation…
What exactly do I mean by going off during a speech? Well, I’ll get to that in just a minute, but first I want to talk about a feature that goes along with the mechanical power switch...
The Current Selected Frequency Is Automatically Memorized
In addition to our FM Transmitter automatically turning back on once the power is restored the FM Transmitter also goes right back to the frequency you were transmitting on before it was turned off.
This means you won’t have to reset the frequency every time you turn your FM Transmitter off which for some strange reason other FM Transmitters require you to do that.
These 2 features of remembering the last frequency you were on and automatically going back on once power is restored was absolutely essential to our business customers like fitness centers, government agencies and correctional facilities who use several of our FM Transmitters in a single location. (and usually it’s to broadcast the audio from their TV’s)

The Mic In port lets you easily connect a microphone directly into the FM Transmitter
|
Microphone-In Port
Now more about using our FM Transmitter during a speech or presentation…
As you can see on the left side is a 2.5mm plug. That plug will let you use our custom made microphone as your audio source option.
This means you can plug our mic directly into the FM Transmitter and broadcast your own voice without the need to first run it through a sound system or other expensive audio equipment. All your audience needs is a simple FM Radio to hear you.
Just imagine it, with the ability to plug in a mic
- You can now be your own DJ for a party
- Make your own radio show for fun (my kids just love this option!)
- Use it for a presentation or speech,
- Or have it as a backup system just in case your main audio system or wireless mic dies or goes bad.
You’re only limited by your imagination!
And of course, when you plug in the stereo audio jack into the FM Transmitter it automatically cuts off the mic so you don’t have to keep unplugging your mic to prevent yourself from competing with the other audio source you want to broadcast, which can be a real hassle.
Let me explain with an example, let’s say you are holding a meeting and are transmitting some nice background music to FM Radios around the room as the people mingle. But now you want to let them know that the presentation is going to start or give them some other information, all you have to do is unplug the stereo audio cable and the mic automatically goes live, then start talking. Once you are done, simply plug the stereo audio cable back to cut the mic off and have the music start broadcasting, it’s just that easy!
Now there are a couple of other features on the Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0 that I want to talk with you about. (FYI, They also happen to work great when using a microphone as your audio-in source)

Continuously power it for over 30 hours on just 3 "AA" batteries
|
Power It With 3 “AA” Batteries (only 1 of 4 ways you can power it!)
When you look on the back you see a place to put 3 “AA” batteries so if you didn’t want it plugged into a wall outlet, cigarette lighter or computer USB you don’t have to. (I’ll talk more about those other 3 power options in a minute.)
FYI, as a side note, when you plug in the external power cord it will automatically switch over from batteries to the external power source so you won't drain the batteries.
Uses Minimal Electrical Power
And since it’s a compact, efficient design you don’t have to worry about changing the batteries all the time. A fresh set of quality batteries will last for over 30 hours of continuous operation.
In addition, since it uses minimal electrical power, you also don’t have to worry about our FM Transmitter running up your electric bill or draining you car’s battery on you.
Includes A Belt Clip
Above the battery case you see a belt clip. This is so you can easily walk around with the FM Transmitter and have it conveniently clipped to your belt or pocket. This lets you easily move around as you talk while being completely wireless and again, all your audience needs is a regular FM Radio to pick up the signal so anyone can hear you.

You can mute the audio and control the volume level with this dial here
|
The Mute Option
If you look on the left side of the FM Transmitter you will see a dial. When you press it in the audio is muted. This mute button, of course, works for the mic as well as any other audio source you may be using.
For example, if you want to mute your mic for any reason you can easily do so without having to unplug cords or turn the power completely off. You can also see if the mute is on by looking at the digital screen.
Directly Control The Volume Level Coming Into The FM Transmitter
Now that same dial on the left is not just a mute button. If you dial it up or down it also allows you to control the amount of audio coming directly into the FM Transmitter.
For example, if you run into a situation where your audio is becoming over modulated, all you have to do is simply turn the dial down and you’re all set. No special equipment or extra cables are needed, it’s simple and easy.
This works great when you are broadcasting your TV, Home Stereo System, DVD Player, etc.

Use any audio source with this 1/8" stereo audio-in jack.
|
1/8 Inch or 3.5mm Stereo Audio Jack
Let’s look back at the top of the FM Transmitter and the port in the middle is for your audio source it’s a 1/8” (3.5mm) stereo audio jack and can take any audio source such as your:
- iPod
- MP3 Player
- Satellite Radio
- Computer (PC and Mac)
- CD Player
- And the list just keeps going on and on…
A Truly Universal FM Transmitter For All Gadgets… Now And Into The Future
With the ability to use ANY audio source that has a 1/8” (3.5mm) audio jack it is truly a universal FM Transmitter that will work with virtually any audio source and not limit you to just a single gadget like an iPod or cause the FM Transmitter to become obsolete when new devices come on the market.
No Need To Download or Install Software
The other benefit when using a 1/8” stereo audio jack is you never have to download or install software on your audio source like other FM Transmitters may require you to do for it to work with your iPod and other MP3 players.
Nor will you run into compatibility issues between the FM Transmitter and your audio source like when you use it with your computer (PC and Mac). Other FM Transmitters may not go so easy on you.
This is just another example of the way we made it a universal FM Transmitter that’s simple and easy to operate.

The RCA Jack Adapter lets you broadcast audio from your TV, DVD Player and Home Stereo System
|
RCA Stereo Jack Adapter For Your TV, DVD Player, Home Stereo System, Etc.
The Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0 also works with your:
- TV
- DVD Player
- Home Stereo System
- And other similar audio devices!
You see, in addition to the stereo audio cable, we also include a RCA Stereo Jack adapter that allows you to easily connect to those analog RCA audio out red and white ports on the back of your TV, DVD Player, Home Stereo System, etc. so you can easily broadcast your favorite audio to any fm radio.
For example we have many groups and organizations that use our FM Transmitter to broadcast a DVD Player’s audio while also projecting the movie on a screen to make their own drive-in movies.
And some others use it to broadcast their favorite holiday music that is timed with their lights so cars that drive by can watch the lights and hear the music that are synchronized together.

A flexible antenna like this gives you more control over how you can setup your FM Transmitter
|
Simple, Smart & Safe Antenna Design
As you continue to look at the top of the transmitter you will also see an antenna for the FM Transmitter. We went with a 3 inch wire whip design for several reasons:
- You can easily bend and shape it to fit your environment, depending on your needs.
- We didn’t want to use one of those telescoping metal antennas because they can easily get in the way AND the moment it gets bent, it can never go back down... or even worse... you break it off and your transmission is dead in the water.
- We had to go with this antenna design because we sell to hundreds of correctional facilities all across the U.S. who broadcast the TV’s audio for the inmates. This helps to cut down on the noise and make it a much safer and more work friendly environment for the correctional officers.
And if we had gone with a telescoping antenna an inmate could break it off and…
use it as a weapon!
More Power Options Than Just Batteries: Wall Adapter, Car Adapter & Computer USB
Now let’s talk more about those power options that I mentioned earlier.

Use this power port to plug in the 110/220 AC wall adapter, 12V DC Car adapter or computer USB
|
On the right side you see a port that will allow you to plug in a power cable (which is included and I’ll show you in just a minute) and this allows you to power the FM Transmitter by either a:
- 110/220V AC wall socket
- 12V DC car cigarette lighter
- Or a computer’s USB port
What does that mean for you?...
Simply this, you can use our FM Transmitter in virtually any location that you need. Whether that’s your home, office, car, back yard, on your boat, with your computer...
and the list just goes on and on...
You Can Run It 24/7 Non-Stop With NO WORRIES!
With the ability to power it 4 ways, dependable and reliable design, and minimal power usage you can run your Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0 non-stop, 24/7 without any worry of it overheating or becoming damaged. To quote Ron Popeil , the king of infomercials…
“Just Set It And Forget It!”
Our FM Transmitter Comes Fully Assembled
I’m sure you’ve notice by now that the Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0 comes fully assembled and ready to go so you don’t have to fuss with any soldering or assembly.
Since we know most people are unwilling (or unable) to build their own FM Transmitter because it can be such a daunting process for most, it will easily eat up hours of your time and in the end there’s no guarantee that after assembling the kit that it will even work right.
That’s why when you buy a Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0 you avoid all the headaches, hassles and time of building a FM Transmitter and you don’t have to wonder if it will work right?
In fact, speaking of setting it up…
Simple & Quick Setup In Under 5 Minutes!
Just set it up and you’re ready to go. Since it is already assembled you can have it setup and running literally within minutes of opening the box!
Here Are All The Accessories That Come In The Box (6 of them in all)
Now let’s get to those accessories that I’ve made mention of earlier:
| 1. |

|
What you get is a 110/220V AC wall power adapter. This allows you to power it from a wall socket so you don’t have to use batteries if you don’t want to.
And since its 110/220V you can still use it outside the United States, all you would need is a converter adapter to fit the type of wall plug for that country. |
110/ 220V AC Power Adapter |
| 2. |

|
You get a 1/8” (3.5mm) stereo audio cable that's 40 inches long. This makes it very easy to use virtually any audio source imaginable. Just plug it into the audio out port on any audio device and the other end into the FM Transmitter. |
1/8" (3.5mm) Stereo Audio Cable |
| 3. |
 |
A USB power cable that's 40 inches long. This allows you to power our FM Transmitter directly off your computer or laptop. This works great for those who want to broadcast their music downloads and other audio files and not be forced to stay close to their computer.
Another advantage to using this with your computer USB port is it won't take up another wall outlet. |
Computer USB Power Adapter |
| 4. |
 |
Next you get a 12V DC car power adapter. You can power the FM Transmitter by using your automobiles cigarette lighter. So again, you don’t have to spend money on batteries if you don’t want to.
|
12V DC
Car Adapter |
| 5. |

|
The stereo “Y” cable allows you to split the audio source so it can go to the FM Transmitter while also going to another audio source at the same time.
For example, internet radio listeners will love this accessory because with this cable you can run the audio to your computer speakers AND the FM Transmitter at the same time. This works great if you wanted to go outside or to another floor in the house but still wanted to hear the audio from your computer. |
Stereo Audio "Y" Cable |
| 6. |
 |
Finally, is the RCA Jack Stereo Audio Cable. As I mentioned earlier, this adapter allows you to broadcast any audio source that uses RCA audio ports. You know, those red and white plugs that you see on the back of TV’s, DVD Players and Home Stereo Systems. Now you can easily broadcast that audio too with this adapter. |
RCA Jack Stereo Audio Adapter |
The Bottom Line Is This…
The Whole House FM Transmitter® 2.0 now has even more features and delivers even more value than ever before, making it...
by far, the best FM Transmitter you’re going to find on the market today.
Think about it...
1.) The distance that allows you to cover your entire home and you don’t need a FCC License to operate it since it meets FCC’s part 15 rules. (FYI, If if you wanted to, you can't get a FCC license to broadcast on the public FM Band... unless your a major corporation with deep pockets!)
2.) You can use it with virtually any audio source: again, your iPod, MP3 Player, Satellite Radio, TV, DVD Player, and Home Stereo System just to name a few options
3.) You can power it 4 ways:
- 110/220V wall outlet
- 12v car cigarette lighter
- Your Computer’s USB port
- 3 “AA” batteries
4.) When you combine its distance, virtually unlimited audio source options and the multiple ways it can be powered you now have the ability to use it virtually anyplace you can imagine: from your home, to your office, car, back yard, boat, while camping, as you travel, the only limit is your imagination!
So Here’s The Deal…
When you add all these features and options together and compare our FM Transmitter to other transmitters on the market It’s Clearly No Contest!
Especially since we’ve slashed the suggested retail price from $350.00 to only $124.99 and we can do that because we’re offering it direct to you from us, the manufacturer.
That’s right! No middle men to jack the price up on you!
(But this drastic price cut is only for a limited time so you need to hurry!)
