Facebook Fan Page Monthy Whole House FM Transmitter Contest

HOW TO ENTER:

For a chance to win one (1) Whole House FM Transmitter you must be a friend on our Facebook Fan Page. 

Each month a name will be chosen randomly from our list of Facebook friends and the winners will be notified by a wall post on the 5Th of every month.

If you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, the Prize will be delivered to the name and address that you will provide us when your name is selected.

ELIGIBILITY:

Only one entry per Facebook fan per month.  No purchase necessary. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Giveaway is not open to any individual if they or their parent, or sibling, or any member of their household is an employee of TAW Global LLC.

The administrator of the Facebook fan page reserves the right to require proof of age on entrants, if warranted. 
 
You must be a fan on our Facebook page to remain eligible for monthly random drawing.

Once your name is drawn, we will post it on the Facebook main page wall. You have 48 hours from that point to claim your prize, if you haven't claimed your prize within 48 hours we will make a last call on the fan page wall, if the last call is not met by 12:00 Noon E.S.T. the prize is forfeited and a new name will be redrawn.

By entering, each entrant agrees to the Whole House FM Transmitter Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and
the rules stated herein.  

WINNERS/PRIZE:

Unless indicated otherwise on the Web Site, one (1) Prize will be awarded for each giveaway. 

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize will vary by Giveaway, but in no event shall such prize be valued equal to or more than $124.99. 

All prizes are non-transferable.  Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.  Sponsor may require winner(s) to sign an affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (as more fully discussed below).  All expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, are each winner’s sole responsibility. 

We do reserve the right to end the contest at any time, without prior notification.
