If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the Whole House FM Transmitter®, simply call us at (877) 203-5852 and follow the prompts to the tech support line.
They will assist you in working out any problems you are having and help you make sure the FM Transmitter is setup correctly. If you still want to process a return after talking with a tech support person they will provide you with the necessary steps to obtain a RMA.
TO HELP PREVENT ANY CONFUSION, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- All returns must be made within 30-days of your purchase to qualify for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
- Items not returned in original condition (including removed warranty labels) may be:
- Returned back to you or
- A restocking fee of 20% or more will be charged.
- Any missing items will be charged as if you purchased it on our web site. (i.e. If it sells for $19.99 we will take $19.99 off the return amount)
- We do not refund shipping fees you originally paid when purchasing or what you paid to return it.
- For Warranty Exchanges: please also include your purchase invoice showing proof of insurance
- Remember, you must follow the process above to obtain a RMA number, If we don't know who sent the item we can't credit your account.
