Gave the transmitter to my wife for xmas (along with an iPod) -- It worked perfectly, first time out of the box. We have used it with a Roku box to transmit Netflix streaming film audio to my daughter-in-laws Cambridge stereo and are now using it to transmit our DirectTV audio to our Cambridge Soundworks radio system at our home (Much nicer to have the improved sound coming from the radio speakers). I can see another of these in our future...one for traveling and one for our home set-up.
